ORDERING

Orders must be submitted by email to sales@theprintingco.ca and must include at least one of the following:

 

  • An estimate reference number or

  • An attached purchase order in pdf or

  • Complete order details in the body of the email.

 

A confirmation will be sent to you before production

 

We do not accept orders over the phone

FILE UPLOAD

Artwork/files may be submitted the following ways:

FILE PREP

We strongly recommend that content provided to thePrintingCo is:

​

- At a minimum of 300 DPI for offset and digital printing, and 175 DPI for large format.

 

- 1:1 ratio (or 100%) for offset, digital, promo, apparel, large format.

 

- Scaling accepted for printing large format

 

- Designed in CMYK and provided to thePrintingCo in CMYK with no embedded color profile. PMS colour matching is available on most products for an additional cost

-Fonts converted to outlines or embedded

 

-You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and thePrintingCo is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion.

Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixelated or otherwise distorted for which thePrintingCo does not accept any responsibility.
